Friday May 30th, join us for the first in our new four-part dining series, celebrating the rich culinary landscape of Western Australia.

Your evening begins fireside at The Beach Club before moving into Bayside Room for a curated menu featuring Shark Bay blue swimmer crab, Abrolhos Island scallops, Cervantes lobster tortellini, and Lake Jenis sirloin and more, all paired with premium Sandalford wines, introduced by Cellar Door Manager Jamie Forrest.

After a memorable evening, retreat to your Poolside Suite for a restful overnight stay.

  • No refunds will be offered should ticket holders not attend the event at Samphire. Any cancellations within **14 days** of the event will incur the full price of the ticket(s).
