Massimo’s food is rooted in tradition and is inspired by place. Shaped by his childhood between Naples and Tasmania, and his time in kitchens across New York, London and Sydney. Now based in Hobart, he is the Culinary Director of Peppina and Food Director at Grain of the Silos, with a deep passion for connecting people through meaningful food experiences.
