Luggage delivered via this service will arrive at your room within 4 hours of your ferry’s arrival. If you plan to explore the island prior to check-in, we recommend packing a separate day bag with your essentials.
FERRY CANCELLATION POLICY: If all ferry services to Rottnest Island are cancelled on the day of your arrival due to adverse weather conditions, Samphire Rottnest will gladly provide a credit to rebook your package within 3 months of the original booking date. Please note that the rate for the rebooked stay may vary at the time of rebooking, subject to availability. Once rebooked, the booking will be non-refundable. If your ferry departure from Rottnest Island is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions and you are unable to leave the island, Samphire Rottnest will gladly extend your stay at a 50% discount on the Best Available Rate, with limited housekeeping services.
