The Fine Print
50% of total booking cost will be processed at time of booking, the balance of the total cost of the booking will be charged 7 days / 168 hours prior to check-in time (15:00 hrs) of day of arrival. The hotel will call to obtain credit card details for the final payment and confirm attendance
In the event of cancelation within 14 days, a $375 fee will be applied, within 7 days, full payment will be forfeited. Should cancellation relate to a medical emergency within the 14 day period, a medical certificate will be required and we are happy to credit your stay for a future Regulate Your State Retreat.
In the event of ferry cancellations, we will gladly credit your stay for a future Regulate Your State Retreat.
